The truck was a piece of junk. Sounded horrible and drove even worse. Was on the highway for not even 10 minutes and concluded that it was too dangerous. Alignment was horrible, shocks were shot and the guy in the store was horrible to work with. The truck also would not let me refill it.

There was some trash left in the cab from the previous renter. But other than that it was clean. But the whole do it yourself online just to have to go inside a store and still talk to someone to verify yourself and get a key is pointless. Will just go to actual U haul location.
