There were supposed to be rental blankets with the trailer. I had to go to another out of the way location to pick them up. Then, the air pressure in one of the trailer tires was extremely low so I had to address that. Very frustrating experience.

The gas station clerk was extremely helpful and the service was fantastic.
ANDREW HI had selected a different location, and it was changed to this location. There was only one older woman working the convenience store who could not help me put the trailer on the hitch. I have a bad back. In fact, she never stepped outside. She was very kind, however.
Richard SI would have preferred to provide my driver license information via the app instead of having to hand it to a gas station attendant i don't know and have him take pictures of the front and back of it with his personal cell phone.
