I would have preferred to provide my driver license information via the app instead of having to hand it to a gas station attendant i don't know and have him take pictures of the front and back of it with his personal cell phone.

The person at the location did not know how to check out the vehicle. The app also would not work when I checked in. I could not upload pictures

Denise DThe attendant was very nice. The truck itself needed some work. The cost was very affordable and they weren't upset that I came back the next day.
Lashonda TAbsolutely no help. Told me to park it in back of the location and offered no assistance. What if my wife or anyone who wasn't strong enough to take it off the hitch dropped it off? I got no receipt and thus the return time is when I emailed the next day to say it was returned (almost 19 hours later). Terrible.
