Vehicle definitely needs to be cleaner....especially the windows.

The attendant was very nice. The truck itself needed some work. The cost was very affordable and they weren't upset that I came back the next day.
Lashonda TAbsolutely no help. Told me to park it in back of the location and offered no assistance. What if my wife or anyone who wasn't strong enough to take it off the hitch dropped it off? I got no receipt and thus the return time is when I emailed the next day to say it was returned (almost 19 hours later). Terrible.
Daryl MThere was absolutely no break fluid in the truck and the break lights were on when we were given the vehicle. It was so difficult to break and made the experience very dangerous.
Jordan EYoung lady at the counter was very rude . I asked for a receipt as proof of return and to make sure the mileage was correct. She told me she was busy and for me to go that I'll get an email. She had 2 people , I told her that it wasn't good customer service and that I spent money here and that I was there before the other 2 customers that I should be treated like everyone else. She told me that I'll have to wait and I waited , she never took care of me a male came out and checked the vehicle and show me the amount that I'll get charged .
