U-Haul was to be picked up elsewhere and then got changed the day before. The App is not user friendly either. Nothing against the pickup location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe survey only allows me to rate the pick-up location but my problem is with UHaul overall. This location was fine, except it was not near the location where I originally reserved the truck. I reserved the truck at the West Allis, WI U-Haul location a couple of months in advance. A couple of days before picking up the truck, UHaul sent an update that I needed to get the truck at a (gas station) location in Milwaukee. I did not realize that this location did not have the mattress bags, TV boxes, and additional packing pads that I had ordered in advance. This required that had to drive from the Milwaukee gas station to the West Allis U-Haul store to get the material. That put unnecessary busy work into an already busy packing/moving day.

Thomas SI was surprised as to how old the truck was. The exterior was very beat up. Although the interior as old as it was was just fine. I was happy the air conditioner worked and the radio. The person at the counter inside the gas station was very helpful. Thank you
