Paid extra for a dolly that was never available Also quoted a price and told to pick up from Bottineau ND location only to be told no truck available and to pick up 90 miles away AND then charged for the extra mileage
Leo B.I did not get my partial refund because both locations told me different things. One said I would get a refund and the other said that was a lie and not refundable for the days not used. Only needed 2 of 7 days total.
