I am still waiting to hear from UHaul customer service to discuss the many challenges. The person running the site was receiving calls at home I am guessing and never answered with "Uhaul" - and didn't always answer. Upon our arrival he had the wrong truck and had to do a swap and that caused a wait time on our end - he thought we were local and we were out of state. The truck had no fuel and he tossed us a "20". The truck was filthy with french fries on the floorboard - seems it had been some time - and what looked like ketchup smeared on panel. Upon drop off we needed to add fuel to match the fuel image the IN site indicated. I filed the complain by phone on Sat., March 7 and am still waiting for a follow-up.

Lot was not plowed. It was very treacherous walking into the building. Wheels on the appliance dolly did not roll very easily. Uhaul agent was late getting in. We could not move the truck on our own.
