Truck was an hour late for scheduled pick up. Back of truck was dirty. They tried to claim a dolly was missing when it wasn’t a photo proof was taken. Late on submitting invoice/receipt including updated receipt showing corrections and credits issued. Overall worst Uhaul experience I have ever had. Still waiting on corrected receipt after staff confirmed all was returned as stated and missing item charges reversed.
CHARLES BThe guy over there charged me for coverage even when I declined; he told you have to take it otherwise you can’t take a truck totally ridiculous! I just drove 4 km and paid $16+tax for no reason. I’ll be lodging legal complaint

MEHAL VVehicle had several performance issues which I told to the staff at return. I was also charged a $48 fee for fuelling when I filled up 10 minutes prior to drop off. This is a scam, don't go here
