The only thing I feel weird is that not body came with me to inspect the car before I take it, truck was ok. Customer service there was nice .

Joyce JWorst ever experience.yesterday I booked u haul from Derry road location.i waited their for more than one hour as I already reserved truck yesterday.but they said it’s customer fault they cant do anything.Their store person was soo rude he said do not judge our work or business 😂.He even do not feel sorry for any delays but he said he will cancel our reservation.if we do not want to wait .After that we waited their for more than one hour they do not compensate us even they charge more then 90dollars for only 12km for 10’ Van.i will never recommend this location to anybody .
