The reservation was confirmed 20 days prior to pick up with a dozen furniture pads. When I picked up the truck I was informed there were no furniture pads available and no way to get them. Everything else was good however this was an important requirement and left me scrambling to find my own last minute solution. If it is part of the confirmed order I expect it to be there. This reflects poorly on Uhaul as now I can't trust the reservation system and will have to consider other rental options in the future.
