It took me 75 min to get the uhaul. I was there at 10:30 for my pickup. Only one man working and he kept saying the system was very slow. I eventually got upset and told him to do the co tract manually. I will NEVER return to this location. Because of this situation, I was late to the appointment for the move and missed the elevator booking slot.
DEEBA SThe vehicle smelled of as if cattle was transported from it before. Please advise the franchise to take care of the interior as they make sure that exterior is clean. Thanks
Anush CI drove over 100 km, and the A/C was not working properly the entire trip. Since we had been loading and unloading items, we were already tired and needed some rest during the drive. However, due to the heat inside the truck, the whole journey felt extremely uncomfortable—almost like being in an oven.
