There was no one at the location at the reservation time. After multiple calls, someone named Ali said that they will be there. I had to about an hour before someone showed up but they too were not an employee. After multiple messages I was given the key to the vehicle with some paperwork completed online. Even upon return the designated employee was not there. I was told I will be contacted by Ali but never heard back. I was also overcharged and have not been able to get in touch with them despite multiple messages. Worst experience at a uhaul. No customer service. Would not recommend this location.

Samuel Mclose out the rental formally while in person. they assured me I'd get an email to confirm that the rental was returned. I had to call them the next day when I hadn't received anything 24 hours later.
