BETTY BMy problem was not with the location. I had issues with U-Haul customer service, which left me waiting over 30 minutes for a response. Then, after finally getting someone, I was given conflicting information from the app. After being given the toll-free number, I spoke to someone who informed me that, because it was late, I would be charged $80+ in late fees. This has been my worst experience with U-Haul. Again, the people at Marvin's were amazing.
Linda BThe reason being they had me behind three hours from the time that I reserved for my U-Haul to do what I had to do. And on top of that, they said I went over on mileage which I paid for 100 miles to travel to keep some of my money. The time I reserved for was 12 PM and I didn’t receive the vehicle until 4:30 PM and got every excuse in the book so I would not ever use that location again very poor Service.
Arthur BI prepaid the rental for my U-Haul 10-ft truck for 2 days I brought it back a day early the store did not record my return of the vehicle instead they put it the day after so I paid for 2 days that I didn't use when I brought this to their attention they said that the matter was now a U-Haul matter and I would have to contact U-Haul about their incorrect return date even though they were the ones that recorded my return incorrectly so I was not happy about that and that was my experience the truck itself was valuable for what I was trying to do it was well maintained a good vehicle I would use a U-Haul vehicle again but probably not from that location they did not handle their business well at all.
