Cody was the person who helped me at the Marvin’s location in Moncks Corner sc and he was wonderful, thoughtful and knowledgeable. However, when I dropped the truck off I was over charged on gas. I picked up with a quarter of a tank and when I dropped off I was charged for a whole tank of gas.i was charged over $100 over for that. That has made my experience too costly to try this again. I consider that a hidden fee and a bad business practice

Friendly, Fast, and Thorough! Was great. Got me in and out in 10 min!
stephen fHad to fix the battery cables myself, very loose. cut truck off to check load and tried to start it but no power. popped the hood and found battery cables loose and about to fall off. had to purchase a wrench to fix it with. Very frustrating. The staff at the store were very friendly and was very quickly to get me checked in and out. Need to check the trucks before they are sent out to make sure everything is good for the duration of the trip. Renter should not have to check all of the mechanics of the truck.
