My only suggestion would be to make sure the trailers that are being rented out are positioned in a way so that the person renting them can back up and hook to them with ease and not need to get people from the store to come outside to help lift and move the trailer 45+ degrees so that you can get to it. These car hauling trailers are extremely heavy and not really meant to be lifted by several people let alone one.
