I was sent an amount to pay $79. plus that I has to have at pickup at the Monroe Georgia location and ended up, being told totally different when I arrived to pickup the U-Haul truck. So I would say please make the customer fully ware of the correct amount of money needed in order to drive off at pickup time in a U-Haul truck. I believe U-Haul owes me money, I did not understand why I was charged so much and did not go far this is why I arranged everything in advance; I am disable, I lost my home, and go through a lot, but I Thank The Lord for Peace and allowing things to get better in spite of my present situation and the monies I receive a month I have nothing to spare; therefore I try to know what I plan to spend before I spend it. The equipment I reserved over a month prior to pickup & the day before pickup I received a call saying the equipment was not available. Had to drive 45 minutes out of the way to get the equipment. Electrical/radio in truck did not work & passenger door didn't shut properly so dealt with wind noise for the entire 13 hour trip
