Rented a car dolly, the right side alignment chain was broken so when backing up the car would not hold straight, tried to jack knife. Had to unload car and hire help to push it uphill into the garage.

Drop off was fine, they were helpful.
GARY TTruck was dirty,. The drivers-side wiper fell off when driving in rain. Truck smelled like smoke.
MICHAEL FUhaul had trash in it and was not cleaned from previous use. I did mobile pick up but still had to go in and wait for everything to get ready to go.
