We were sent to another location prior to coming to this one which was our original pickup location upon reservation. The location at Smokers Express #11 was awful. It started out with us having to sit in the car and do paperwork online even though we had a reservation, then we spent over 30 minutes just trying to get the key from the lockbox and still never got it. After speaking to 4 different reps & 4 different transfers to try to get the keycode, upon entry, the key was not even in the box. The staff at Smoker's have no access to anything even though we were instructed to go inside for the key. We had to backtrack and go to the Pecanland location. We were on a mission to pick up someone from an unsafe situation and this set us back over an hour!! It would have been nice to receive some sort of discount/refund, something for the inconvenience!
