This was the third U-Haul place we had to go to in order to get a truck because the self service app wasn’t working at the other 2 locations. This made the prices very inconvenient. Also, the self service rental is not very user friendly. I would prefer using regular rental agreements.

Great service! Not to much extra in and out.
DE RGood evening, it took 45 minutes to check out the vehicle, which cut into the time. I wasn't informed that I had to go through the app. Next time I will include the check in and out time in the overall rental time.
