The first location that I reserved my trailer from (BP on route 200 in Monroe, NC) apparently gave it to someone else, so I had to scramble and find this second location the morning of my move. Second location service was good.

Richard MConvoluted process, you didn’t alert me to having to provide two references at 8 am that needed to be called before approving me. You have my license, credit card and confirmed identification. You would think I was taking out a mortgage.. I will not use Uhaul again for my moving needs.
