The hotel location look’s sketchy..
Torkwase PThis is a seedy motel with a U Haul location at front desk. Returned equipment goes to back of the motel. There were two people smoking drugs along the bush line, a young child that appeared abandoned and several people milling around that appeared to be high. Very tight getting rental equipment around building. I would NOT go here again. I would definitely not recommend anyone go alone, especially a female. I saw a police officer across the street and alerted him. He said the place is known for open drug use and he would go check on the child. When I arrived at the office there was a gentleman in there telling the front desk clerk to call the police about something. Not sure if it was related to what I witnessed, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Kevin RWhen we picked up the furniture blankets were not in bags and ready for my rental additionally we ordered 24 blankets and they only had 16 that she got from one shed then came back for a few more she then informed me that I needed to go to another U-Haul in town to ask them for more blankets. I had to pay an additional 11$ to pick up what I needed for my rental.
PAMELA AMake sure the cab is clean! The lock did not work at the back, thankfully nothing fell out.
