We had to wait for help for 10-15 minutes because no one was at the desk. There is no assistance and instruction on the equipment. This is dangerous because trailer hitch instruction is important. And there is no help in returning the equipment.

Pooria MU Haul was dirty in the back and gas almost at empty. Had to sweep the back of the U Haul of dirt, mud, leaves and debris and also fill up as soon as I left parking lot. Have the trucks ready and filled up would be a big help. Check in and return was smooth for me using app that was a big plus.
