Rented a car dolly. Barely any customer service. Equipment was damaged but it was the only one available in the area and had to take it. Fender was cracked. Brake and running lights didn't work. Asked for someone to help with the hookup, girl didn't know anything about hookup and called someone who didn't answer the phone, so no one helped. Really poor customer service.

Jennifer HLocation did not have the moving pads we requested so we had to go to another location to get those. Additionally, we did not receive any paperwork and it was out of our way because we initially rented this truck at a different location
Kristen C1-way rental to Romeoville IL. Romeoville U-Haul very clean & very helpful. I would definitely recommended Romeoville IL. I will never recommend Fairmont Inn, Monroe WA to anyone!
