U Haul was dirty in the back and gas almost at empty. Had to sweep the back of the U Haul of dirt, mud, leaves and debris and also fill up as soon as I left parking lot. Have the trucks ready and filled up would be a big help. Check in and return was smooth for me using app that was a big plus.
