I originally reserved the truck to pick up in Kenmore near Bothell, Washington, and two days prior to my rental. It got moved to Monroe, which is about 20 miles away from my original pick up point. Very disappointed in that change. Also my time moved from 8 AM to 10 AM which caused a two hour delay in my loading.
