A great experience with both picking up and dropping off. Tim was so nice when I dropped it off that he would get rid of the pallet that I couldn’t remove from the U-Haul. A great employee. He went above and beyond.

was further than my original location was to be uhaul changed location without me knowing and quoted a price and tried to bill another rate stating the truck had half tank of gas while i had taken picture showing it did not only had little above quarter tank gas will never use it again

I had two issues with this rental. I was told that there was a half tank of gas in the truck, however after leaving I discovered it only contained about 1/3 of a tank. My fault for not verifying and it cost me an extra $10 or so. The issue that was not my fault was due to your software. I rented a half-dozen furniture blankets for $5. When I returned the truck the associate was unable to complete the transaction without specifying that I had returned a dozen blankets, which then charged me an extra $5. So, all in all, the experience was good except for these two incidents which made me feel that I was "ripped off".

No issues with rental but I think charging more mileage on weekend is a bit much. Should be same regardless. Was 20 cents more a mile and went 72 miles.

Online reservation was changed without my notice to a different trailer and different location than I requested. Ended up going over an extra 100 miles overall just to get the trailer I was promised.

CUSTOM SERVICE !! I looked at trailer & stated I didnt believe it was big enough. Asked attendant not to hook it up. He did. When I asked about a bigger trailer, several on lot. I was told they were not for use. They belonged to the yard. Yes, I originally wanted a 1 way trip, I asked about round trip & got nothing.

Fast and quality service. The Van was not all the way full with gas. I filled it up after driving 31 miles and probably paid too much when I returned it.

The guy who helped us was outside and had longer brown hair. He was the nicest guy ever. We were very happy with how nice he was and he made our rental so easy. He’s a great employee.

My wife and my father-in-law picked up the trailer. I scheduled the pick-up, only to be told that the agent 'did not have any idea what he was doing' and set something up incorrectly from what the phone representative spoke with me about. The base rate was $162, and we added 2-days to the trip, which brought the total to $202 that was charged to my father-in-law's credit card. He rung it up as though the actual rate was $202 (I clarified with phone representative before, and after pick-up of the $162 base rate) and then proceeded to tell my wife and father-in-law that it would be an additional $40 at drop-off should we keep it 2 more days. This was incorrect, and very poor customer service. Two more attempts were made to verify what I was told; that we would not be charged any more than $202. Upon drop off (which I called once again to ask if being 30-minutes late would not constitute another day; I was told it did not, just that if we dropped off after hours, we would be responsible for the trailer until it was processed the next morning). I then receive a bill receipt upon the following morning check-in for 3-days ($72 total extra) in over charges. I cannot believe a company our family has used so many times in the past could be so utterly careless. I expect this to be refunded to the credit card on file immediately.

I was surprised to learn that the insurance I purchased through U-Haul only covered their equipment. This was not explained to me at the time I was completing the rental paperwork.

I signed up for the trailer on-line. The cost was $29.00. When I picked it up the cost was $59.00. They fixed it.

The local site was good but needed to ask them a question on a Saturday and could not reach them. I was dumped to a regional call center and then a national center to get questions answered. They were not very customer focused with responses quit surprising. I reserved the trailer for 4pm but picked up the at 5:10pm. I was going to be 1 hour late (6:pm) and wanted to know the additional cost or was there a grace period. They said no grace period with it based on the reservation time not pick-up time. I told them I want to make it a one-way since I was going to be charged another day and what is the cost. They first laughed then said no way since it was an in-town rental and it would be very expensive. I then proceeded to tell them if I was going to be charged an additional day, I would return it on Sunday at 4pm. She said you cannot since the contract was written for one day and someone else had it rented for Sunday at 4pm. I did return it on Saturday due to the fact it was more convenient for me. Wow!
