Drop off and pickup place way to far

SANDRO DPoor custumer service at the rental location Depanneur Thelmosse. We got told to fill the truck at the end until half tank which i told them it has no sense, with a tank of 150 liters it's realy hard to get right to 1/2 of the tank, usually it's full and you refill it. So my husband put too much gaz and never got credit, worst i got hung up on the phone when i ask for it 🙄
