LENA VUnfortunately, I did have an issue with the extra gaz charge. I had put in 14 litres of gaz immediately prior to returning the vehicle but was charged for an additional 10 litres after driving only 88 kilometers at moderate speed. I tried to explain that the gaz gauge did not move after I added the 14kms and that the 24 litre total that I was paying for equated to 3.6 kms per litre, which doesn’t make sense. The proprietors did their best to explain UHaul policies and put me into contact with their supervisor which I appreciated. In the end, though, I wound up paying for gaz that I know I did not use.
