I got there just as they were closing up and the man in charge sought me out in the big lot and was there to help unhook the trailer and send me a receipt.

Quick drop off and nice people
CYNTHIA RI DID NOT DROP THE TRUCK OFF HERE, but, as planned, at Merchant’s Drive in Dallas, GA, on Saturday, Jan. 3, 2026. The person was very helpful and told me that he put a hold on the extra charge and that someone would contact me before the extra charge was actually taken out on my card. But that hold did not happen and no one called me. I called someone in Customer Service named Austin, on Jan. 6 and he said he was putting this disput on his manager’s desk, but I haven’t had any contact since then.

JOHN AThis rental was 5 star, the trailer we wanted was available. The Pickup location was very friendly. They hooked up the trailer and helped me get the lights working. The trailer pulled excellent. The drop off went well also. I would recommend this location.
