How U-Haul Reviews WorkWell we filled up to return the truck to what we thouhgt was the same amount of gas we started with but apparently were like a gallon off (5/8 a take and we were at like 4.5/8 a tank) . It was like $17 dollars a charge.Notthe person who checks us in fault. Was a little off putting.
Alexander PWell the tire had a slow leak and there was no spare with the vehicle, so I was having to constantly find air to put in it. Then i was going to be late returning vehicle partially due to the tire issue and was told that it was ok, I was in contact with them and that I would not be charged extra because of it just get the truck back. So if i was going to be charged a extra day I would’ve kept the truck for that day and finished what i needed to but i was under the impression I wasn’t so I got the truck back asap, and would figure out how to finish my job later. But surprise, my credit card gets charged for another day a week later! So I definitely don’t recommend them at all, not saying this is how every one gets treated every time but there’s that good possibility you can get f***ed just like I did because they don’t maintain they’re vehicles properly and turn it on you to fix and pay for somehow! Sorry mother effers
TED SI thought it was very easy and straightforward to rent here. They had everything I needed but because of the limited space they don't have all the accessories some people would like.
DAVID SNothing....very smooth checkout & return!
