Great customer service but gentleman who checked us didn’t enter our return in the computer which caused some confusion but it was straightened out and we would definitely rent from this location again.

The fuel gauge was not accurately represented at pickup. The truck actually had approximately a half tank of gas, which I documented with a photo of the fuel gauge and mileage at the time of pickup. However, the contract indicated the vehicle had 5/8 of a tank. As a result, I had to purchase additional fuel to return the truck to the level stated on the contract, costing me approximately $20. With current fuel prices, discrepancies like this can have a meaningful financial impact on customers. I would appreciate a review of this charge and consideration for reimbursement.
