Everything was prebooked then I got an email last minute that was was supposed to pick up in a different location over 30 mins in the opposite direction. When I got there the charge was $100 more! They had to call and argue with the online people to get my original charge back! Bad service on UHauls part!

They were very unhelpful. They did not help disconnect and it was stuck and then once I finally got it released she wanted me to reconnect it and move it to another location when she initially said park next to the other trailer. It is way to heavy for me to manage and if they cannot help their clientele then they shouldn't be running a uhaul business.
