Went to the location to pick up a reservation that I made for the town of wetumpka. Ended up costing me more and mileage and gas because of U-Haul practices. What is the point of a reservation and how far would you have to make said reservation to actually get the location in the town you need it in. This will be the second time this exact thing has happened to me. According to reviews it happens to others as well. As for the pickup location I arrived for my rental and the app or system they used to process me was down. The employee advised me to download the U-Haul app and process the rental myself which was the longest process considering I have never done it before and the employee was zero help. The pictures requested in the app took over 15 times to finally get one that would be acceptable. Needless to say between having to travel an extra 40 miles and do the rental process was not a good look for U-haul and the vendor that was supposed to be able to process my reservation. Two thumbs down

I was really struggling to find a 10 foot truck and everyone that I spoke to with uhaul was very patient and helped me out a lot! I will most definitely be seeking out uhaul for all future moves! Thank you
Tara CThe rep could not tell me what the insurance covered (pretty bad), but they also couldn't tell me what size truck I was getting (are you kidding?). The fuel level was overstated and the read door is quite damaged requiring jumping from the bumper hanging by the strap to get it over some bent place in the door tracks. The truck was not badly dirty, but obviously had not been cleaned. The return with the same rep was fine.
