VERNON HI fueled the truck (watching the gauge while I pumped) and got it to the exact amount that I picked it up. 5 miles later when I dropped it off, I was charged a $18.00 fuel charge. Why don't you check the trucks out at full and expect them to be returned as full? Your system seems set up to either get extra fuel from a customer who didn't use it down to the check-out level, or to get a fuel charge from people who don't hit the "exact" amount.
