we dropped off the truck on a Sunday. The location was closed, but we use the U-Haul app to complete the drop off. No one was there to greet us so the app made it easy to complete the transaction. The location is not easily marked so if you are driving down the road and not aware, you may pass it up. The road is very narrow so with a 26 foot truck and auto transporter is a little scary. We made it without any issues. Drop off is really easy.
