Mobile app only site with poor service, no one to assist. Use app well before arrival on property. UHaul took over an hr to call back.
Matthew FThe truck was filthy inside and out and only had 50 miles of gas.
Heather LGot to UHaul site and no one working location and app would not let me do a phone check in. Had to wait at least 20 min for then to figure out how to get me the keys. The truck was dirty inside and U-Haul charges a cleaning fee so why was it dirty inside?? No tail light on right and right turn signal indicator not working when I started it. Had to drive over an hour with these unsafe conditions. Then they made me wait 90 min once I got to my location to have it fixed. Unwilling to let me drop it off at near location even though I picked it up this way. Poor customer service.
