YVETTE BIt seems that what U Haul does not want you to do is provide feedback on the entire process from reservation to delivery of the vehicle you were supposed to have at the location that it should have been at. This was the worst rental experience that I have had in my 54 years of driving and renting transportation services. I would appreciate anyone from U Haul to contact me regarding this rental.
