This location was not my original pick up location. My 24/7 reservation was incorrectly placed on uHauls side and after an incredibly frustrating 20 minute phone call we had to drive 20+ minutes out of the way to this Monticello location. However, the gentleman at this location was so helpful, personable, and quick to answer any questions! Definitely recommend this Monticello location.

Mitchell KGreat customer service. Hooked up trailer and ensured the trailer lights were operational...not like other places i rented from which said go jook up and your on your way without ensuring its safe. I know my lights work etc.. but others may not so thats great for other drivers on the road.
