They could not use their device to check me in, they struggled to communicate in English, they offered no help with where to return the trailer, their store was an appalling experience. I then received multiple calls from your call center the next day challenging me as to why I had not returned the trailer! Awful customer experience!! Go ahead and keep my payment. I’m sure your company needs my money more than my future business.
