The staff at Centre Auto Bernier was very friendly and clean. Although the issue was that the U-Haul website and application was out of order from 3:00 until 5:15. Waited over two hours as nothing could be done without the system. There should be in place a backup plan so that pick ups can be processed without the system like the old fashioned way with paper. Otherwise when it worked everything was excellent
