Truck was old , steering wheel had a weird feeling and wide delay. Hard to keep going straight. When picked up tank was almost empty but was said to be at a higher level.

ERIC PLe gars n’était pas professionnel, ni accueillant pas courtois. C’était ma 1ere fois avec U Haul , je ne savais pas comment faire je posais des questions, quand une cliente est arrivée , il m’a laissé et continuer avec l’autre cliente ce n’est pas professionnel. 2 e chose remis clé de voiture sans pour autant me montrer la voiture , j’étais obligée de faire le tour des voitures pour trouver laquelle, 2e faute de professionnalisme. J’espère que tu liras mon commentaire je n’ai pas vu son nom. Sinon, je vous ferai une bonne note le reste est impeccable.
