When a customer reserves a truck with dollys and blankets for a Sunday when the office is closed, there should be a notification that the dollys and blankets will not be available, so the customer can make other arrangements. Lost an hour of my rental running to Home Depot to rent an appliance dolly, and damaged my furniture with the lack of blankets. Totally unsatisfied with this location.

Everything went great
KURT KVan is reving high. Burnt over half a tank in 20 or so miles with very light load. The guy was really nice and easy to work with but the truck needs some love.
