Diane VI have been renting trailers twice a year for 16 years..This is the worst drop off location I’ve ever been to..when I arrived at this dump, I was told to drop the trailer in the yard..I explained that first of all, I have never had to drop the trailer myself..and since I had double bypass heart surgery recently, , I could not left the trailer..I was told that someone would be there in an hour to help me..They made a call and within 10 minutes, someone arrived to drop the trailer.. I strongly recommend that UHaul never use this location..I will never drop at a trailer at that location again..

VNJJJ LThe person was very helpful and understood my frustration with the last minute change of pick up location and it's affect on my bottom line. The person who I was assisting already had a price from me and not expecting the changes. He gave some 20 mile credit to help make the difference. The only issue was getting the 12 pads I requested and had to get myself on the way out. Not having my reading glasses I grabbed a sealed bag unaware there were 6 to a bag. This created a bigger problem when it came time for return by the rude gentleman at the other end who made me feel like I was trying to pull a fast one. Like I needed to 6 crummy blankets!
