This location was closed on a Saturday morning when I picked up. So I have no idea. The pick up worked out fine. But it was tedious. I rented from a location in central Denver 12 days prior to the move- the day before we were to pick up they moved my pickup to monument Colorado-50 minutes away from our original pickup location. We passed many U-Haul stores on the way. It was terribly inconvenient AND the price was not lowered. It added over an hour to our already long day. Was given no explanation other than that’s the way it is sometimes. The truck condition was fine. Just a hassle at the last minute

I had to drive another 30 minutes in the opposite direction from my house to a different uhaul location for the items. This location also had trucks available which made me wonder why I picked up the truck at the first location in the first place.
