I found it frustrating to do the whole phone check in with multiple pictures and answering alot of questions outside in the cold. I reserved my truck at a different location and was routed to this self-service location. It was extremely frustrating to return the truck at the end of an exhausting day and go through the whole process again. I would not do the self-service again.
