I was switched locations to one about 20 miles further away from my original location, so I asked for an additional 50 miles to make up for the difference-not an unreasonable request considering the change made by U-Haul. The gal at the counter was very friendly and helpful, but unable to add the miles there. That seems like an easy fix.

I will use this location again. Clerk was nice and helpful.
Lee AI found it frustrating to do the whole phone check in with multiple pictures and answering alot of questions outside in the cold. I reserved my truck at a different location and was routed to this self-service location. It was extremely frustrating to return the truck at the end of an exhausting day and go through the whole process again. I would not do the self-service again.
