I was dropping off a large trailer with no trailer jack. There was no one at this location able to assist me. There were no pull through spots for the trailer. No help backing the trailer. No help lifting the trailer off the hitch. No chocks available to prevent the trailer rolling (the spots are not level). No help chocking the trailer. I will never use this location again. I'm less likely to use U-haul again just because of the experience at this location. My wife would have been unable to drop a trailer off at this location, as would a number of people I know. The one person there running the computer to do the check in was nice enough and professional enough, but totally unavailable and unable to help. Not their fault, it's the business model of the location that is miserable.

Make sure that terrible roll up door opens and closes I had to wait for your repair person came and cut a cable that was balled up on a roller also I went to a c store to get a quote for my trip and I had asked what a trailer or a truck with a car trailer would cost and he made a reservation for that in woodland park in Colorado I started getting text asking when I was going to pick it up ??????
Robert GI was switched locations to one about 20 miles further away from my original location, so I asked for an additional 50 miles to make up for the difference-not an unreasonable request considering the change made by U-Haul. The gal at the counter was very friendly and helpful, but unable to add the miles there. That seems like an easy fix.

Lee AI found it frustrating to do the whole phone check in with multiple pictures and answering alot of questions outside in the cold. I reserved my truck at a different location and was routed to this self-service location. It was extremely frustrating to return the truck at the end of an exhausting day and go through the whole process again. I would not do the self-service again.
