ALAN SThe pickup location was great but the overall experience sucked as my first reservation got canceled because they forgot to leave the keys in the box. Didn’t know I needed to flip the tank on a 26 footer which had a crazy expensive fee. Could fill up my car twice with the amount I had to pay for gas’s fee alone.
MADELINE CWorking with U-haul corporate is a night mare. I will not recommend U-haul to anyone. The person who did my booking was horrible and very disrespectful. I will do my best to never use U-haul again.
Wyman HIt was a bit disappointing to see that the gas gage was at 1/4 full upon pickup. A busy day of moving started even busier with first having to fill the truck.
