I initially booked my U-Haul at a location close to home and it showed the U-Haul and dolly I wanted was available. Closer to my pick up date they changed the location on me making me waste about 15 miles just to get the U-Haul home and they told me even though I paid for a dolly they didn’t have one on hand. I had to sweep out the back of the U-Haul before loading my stuff and the U-Haul might have some sort of engine problem it didn’t run smooth at all.
