DANIEL SLocation was easy to find. The 24 hour reminder message prior to returning it was great. As it was a holiday the day we returned it, having someone to send a quick message to, with a very quick reply, made it seamless.
Sheri BThere was no one at this location when we were there. I got a text from someone who told me that the gate was open and to drop it in the back by the other U-Haul. So it’s not that the above questions are a no, it’s just that I didn’t have experience with them.
