No improvement for this location is needes. They were very friendly, confirmed the information regarding the condition of the trailer had been received and we weren't charged any cleaning fee. I would use this location again.

Highly recommend this location. Had a great convo with the nice lady, got a tasty free hot cup of coffee while the paperwork was getting done, and the yard was an open paved area in the gated storage section which made trailer hook-up a breeze.
