Was told the location was open and it was not. Causing me to be late picking it up. Truck was on E cost me $200 to fill it up due to Uhaul messing my reservation up. I ordered a 15 ft truck a month before my pick up date and was forced to take a 26ft truck for drive 2 hours away to get a driffent truck. This is ridiculous. What's the point of a reservation ?.
