We were able to drop off our truck after hours without much problem. We were able to check our truck in through the app and drop it off with confidence. We got a prompt email confirming our return and a final receipt emailed the next day.

JAMES WThis is not the correct location. The unit was dropped off at Appalachian Auto Repair. The owner of the place was very hostile. His employees were yelling and cussing at me. This was all overheard by a U-Haul customer service rep as I was on the phone with her when it happened.
