We dropped this trailer off early and there was an employee helping someone with a kitchen remodel that was taking a long time. We told her we were dropping off a trailer and she said ok. The next morning I had a charge for after-hours drop off. When I called them the guy I talked to said he didn't know we had brought it back during business hours, but that he didn't have a way to refund the fee. Must have poor communication between employees. We actually dropped this off a day early.

Only complaint we have—we picked up on a Wednesday and returned on a Thursday! They say we returned on a Saturday—which is not true😏 Also charged us a four day rate because they estimated how long our trip would take?🙄Outrageous price for for a 26 hour rental🤷♀️
