Okay, complaint. When we called the listed number as the return location number, a gentleman said he would be there for 2 hours. When we got there well within that time frame, the door was locked. We called that same number and the gentleman told us we were at the wrong location, and that he would text us the correct address, and he texted me a CASA GRANDE address, NOT MY DESTINATION BUT MY ORIGIN! You gave us an incorrect phone number on our paperwork and the fool who answered couldn't distinguish THE BEGINNING FROM THE END! You made an error with giving us the wrong phone number, and YOUR IDIOT on the phone apparently can't tell his ASS FROM A TELEPHONE POLE! Fortunately for us, there was a gentleman at the return location who was ONLY THEIR BECAUSE HE WAS WORKING ON HIS WIFES CAR, who accepted the vehicle without me having to use the app. And let's discuss your app. IT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT! Overall wonky, and for the return process using the app the button for taking pictures and saying OK was almost completely obscured behind my Navigation buttons, giving me just a sliver of a button to click, making the process A PAIN IN THE ASS! CALL IT, SCREAM FIX IT! You also gave me links through text messages to confirm my license plate and equipment status, which I could not do because the links you gave me only led to error pages! So overall, no complaints about equipment, it was in great shape and totally reliable and worked without problem. BUT YOU GAVE ME INCORRECT INFORMATION, BAD LINKS, AND INCOMPETENT SERVICE ON THE PHONE WITH TWO REPRESENTATIVES, (their was also another minor problem) one being unknowledgable and unhelpful, the other being A COMPLETE BLITHERING IDIIOT WHO SHOULD BE TRACKED DOWN AND REPRIMANDED OR FIRED! YOUR CUSTOMER REPRESENTIVES, YOUR APP, YOUR TEXT MESSAGES, ALL YOUR COMMUNICATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT IMMEDIATELY! I truly hope you take my complaints seriously, and thanks for lisinimg!

DANIEL HI was quoted a price of 550.00 went to 700.00 and paid over 800.00. My husband called the first location we were to pickup from 2 days before and our van had been wrecked but we did not receive a call. This rental has been a shit show from the beginning ! Will never rent from uhaul again !
larry wThe return was a hassle. The place wasn't open. And my page on haul app wouldn't load. So I couldn't do what I had to. Then customer service told me I had to pay more cause I turned it in late. I did not I had it 24 hours like it was suppose to be. Even now after me already saying 75$. They want more money?! I don't know why I owe anything?...
