When we put the trailer on the hitch, the Uhaul Employee didn’t tighten down the hitch. I drove a little bit in the parking lot and heard the clunking in the back and went and checked it. If I hadn’t checked it I would have hit a bump on the road and the trailer would’ve fallen off the hitch and started to drag down the road

Clay RLocation is a vape/smoke shop. Attendee had loud music blasting making it hard to hear and had to yell over the music. Told the guy I needed to add an authorized user to the contract. Got to the end of the transaction to sign and he never added the other user, when asked he said we didn't need to add even though we do for trailers. Then said he didn't have the agility to do an additional user and would have to make a new reservation with the other persons info instead. I decided to call U-Haul myself (made the vape store employee very nervous, kept trying to get me to hang up) to have the contract updated with an authorized user to which the person on the phone had no issue doing. Once that was taken care of the employee kept antagonizing me asking "happy now?, happy? you give 5 stars yeah?". All in all this is not an individual I would have representing my company in any way shape of form And the trailer was missing one of its rubber safety chain locks.
