Customer service non existent. it was like we were bothering him. Truck was in poor working order. dash lights and warning lights came on immediately when truck was started. Went back in and told the clerk, his response was "Just give it some gas"....WTH had to work to get him to come look at it and when he did he was unconcerned about the warning lights and said "It's fine you can go." Thank god we only had a very short distance to go. If I ever have to use a Uhaul again I will drive the 20 plus miles over the hill and rent from someone else.

Rude and unhelpful staff. No instruction on return time, then several phone calls hassling for return because had to prep for tomorrow's hire! These people are not doing your brand any good at all! Truck was dirty. Was fairly new though and drove well.
