This is one of probably many sites that are maintained for online reservations only. My history with online is horrible. Equipment not there, trucks not there, empty fuel tanks. There doesn't seem to be any advantage to making a reservation anymore. The person at this site bent over backwards to help make a reservation since he normally just has the customer call Customer Service. I'm glad it all worked out but this is no way to run a business. Especially one that should have shown vast improvement in the computer age.
